My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and cozy, equipped with a Nespresso machine and a water boiler, although it wasn't serviced on Sunday. The terraces located within an old/adapted apartment house added a unique charm to the accommodation, making it feel like a home away from home.

The service was very friendly, and they even went out of their way to take care of our specialized needs. However, there was some confusion with the reception sign pointing into an empty restaurant, which they didn't know how to resolve.

The hotel's location was really calm and perfect for a peaceful stay. It was close to beautiful buildings in Teifburg and within a convenient 20-minute walk to Heidelberg center.
